The club is holding their annual general meeting on Tuesday 26th September 2023 at 7.30pm at the Craigiebield Hotel Ginpod, 50 Bog Road, Penicuik, EH26 9BZ.

The business that shall be carried out is as follows:

• Laying out and approval of Annual Financial Report
• Discussion and approval of level of member fees/subscriptions for next 12 months
• Appointment of club officials
• Chairperson’s report for past 12 months
• General Q&A from members

All members of the club (coaches, players, parents, helpers) are invited to attend.

Please see details opposite of the committee roles that require to be filled. Please share with any friends and family that you think would be interested. The more complete the committee the more the club will be able to achieve in the next 12 months.
